GENERAL INFORMATION

Sessions

* All sessions are composed of three to four presentations. Their duration is limited to the maximum of 15 minutes (except in cases when this is arranged otherwise, IN ADVANCE).
* All presentations should be submitted at a CD or USB to the technical staff 2 hrs before the actual session at the latest, or preferably sent before the Congress to vesna.stojanov@uhsrb.rs.
* The size of presentations is not limited, but we recommend not to exceed 50 MB. We advice against the use of a personal notebook because of the time limit, but it is nevertheless feasible.

Official languages

* Official languages: SERBIAN, ENGLISH

* Presentations of European experts will be delivered in English.

* Simultaneous translation will be provided for the presentations.

Currency

* The official currency in Serbia is dinar (abbreviated as RSD).
* The current official exchange rate is about 117.50 RSD for 1€.
* Most shops accept credit cards ( VISA, Euro card and MasterCard, American Express).
* The exchange service and ATMs are available at the Hotel, as well.
